Aliquippa School District is seeking a dedicated and motivated Wrestling Coach to lead and develop our student-athletes both on and off the mat. The ideal candidate will foster teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship while building a competitive program that supports the academic and personal growth of all participants.

Qualifications:

• Previous wrestling coaching and/or wrestling experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to mentor student-athletes and promote academic success

• Must meet all PIAA and district coaching requirements, including clearances

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct practices and conditioning sessions

• Teach wrestling techniques, strategies, and rules of the sport

• Promote teamwork, respect, and positive sportsmanship

• Oversee the safety and well-being of all athletes

• Communicate with athletic director, families, and staff
